and then food. Eating is one of those things you should just be able to do, but for some reason it’s where a significant chunk of my anxiety and insecurity and loathing has chosen to pool itself. And consequently it is a constant effort for me to not behave like a dickhead around it. I’m better with it than I used to be. But it’s hard. This stuff takes a very long time to repair.
